Woodland Walks and Seaside Strolls…

Our location on the edge of the beautiful woodland Sneaton Forest means that we are ideally situated for exploring the many footpaths and bridleways that criss-cross the surrounding countryside.
From a section of the famous Coast to Coast path running upstream from Littlebeck through Falling Foss then onto Maybeck, to a circular walk to explore The Hermitage Cave (a giant carved out boulder) followed by a bite to eat at Falling Foss Tea Garden (the scones and bacon butties are a must!)

A short car journey will take you to the quaint seaside village of Robin Hoods Bay where you can access the old railway line to Ravenscar (make sure you head down to the beach to see the seals), walk along the beach to Boggle Hole or head out onto the cliff path and enjoy stunning views of the coastline on a walk along the Cleveland Way to Whitby.
Whether you’re an avid hiker or just looking for somewhere for the kids and dogs to blow off some steam there is something for everyone when staying at Newton House Farm
